The rules for using Ballon d'Or AI, buying credit packs and sharing your videos
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Ballon d'Or AI at ballondorai.net. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The Service
Ballon d'Or AI turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video of an awards ceremony. Results are generated by an AI model and can vary; they are entertainment and do not depict real events.
Ballon d'Or AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the Ballon d'Or award, its organisers or any football club, league or player.
Accounts
You need an account to generate videos. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
Your Photos and Acceptable Use
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
- Do not upload photos of children, celebrities or public figures, or any image you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, deceive or defame anyone, or to create sexual, violent or hateful content.
- Do not present generated videos as real news or real events.
We may refuse a render, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. The AI model also applies its own content filters.
Credits and Payment
- Videos are paid with credits from one-time packs. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. There is no free tier and no subscription.
- Credits from packs do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- If a render fails or is blocked, the credits for it are refunded to your balance automatically.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds of purchases are handled case by case; contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunded purchases remove the remaining credits of that pack.
Your Videos
You may download, keep and share the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial use, such as posting on social media. Videos are kept in History for 15 days, then deleted. You are responsible for how you share them.
Intellectual Property
The site, its design, code and branding belong to Ballon d'Or AI. Names and marks of third parties belong to their owners and are used only to describe the theme of the service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or that every result will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
